Sragen, one of regencies in the Central Java Province, has become one of the regencies that listed as 25 pioneers of Smart Cities, where Sragen Regency continues to create digital transformation innovations, one of which is through the development of information and communication technology application systems. Even in the ongoing pandemic situation, where digital applications are increasingly becoming the people’s need that can support their various activities, the Sragen Regency government is increasingly accelerating digital transformation in this regency.

Central Java is known as a batik city. Including Sragen, which has its own batik pattern. While Yogya or Solo batik is usually dark in colour, Sragen batik is bright in colour. In Sragen, there is also a village for making batik, where tourists can learn to make batik while enjoying the life of a Sragen villager. Moreover, there is one famous tourist destination in Sragen namely Sangiran Museum. This museum is a picture of past human life because it is the most complete archaeological museum in the world. Even UNESCO has included the Sangiran Archaeological Site into the world cultural heritage site.
