Combining spectacular mountain landscape with challenging tracks, on October 1, 2017 Bromo Marathon was held again and brought runners on an extraordinary journey with the beauty of Mount Bromo as a background. This year’s event featured three competition categories, including Full Marathon (42,195KM), Half Marathon (21,975KM), and 10K running.
The start and finish lines for this event were drawn in Tosari Village, which is the cultural heart of Tengger on the slopes of Mount. Bromo. Last year, this event attracted 1,534 runners from 31 countries and was recognized as one of the best running events in Asia.
