Tanggung Jawab

  • Planning yearly training budget for all employee and Department in company
  • Analyst training needs for each Department
  • Planning organizational strategies to meet training and development needs and regulate the implementation of required training, measurement and follow up.
  • Design training program, courses and curriculum needed to meet training needs, then assigned to organize the implementation of training activities internally or using service from third party.
  • Choose quality training institutions or third party according to predetermined standards.
  • Organizing for each training places, time, logistics, lodging needed to achieve efficient training
  • Planning and preparing training course on third party for team work to improve knowledge and continuously
  • Compile and define all training supplies and materials
  • Ensure each training activity has a core and purpose and is integrated with company requirements for safety management, quality health, and policy.
  • Monitoring and Conducting field training observation to measure training result.
  • Monitoring and reporting on trainer activities
  • Perform self-development and improve knowledge continuously
  • Create and deliver training survey to all Department head for measurement training result and training improvement in the future. 
  • Creating training report including the evaluation and testing result that had been done.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor Degree and majoring in psychology, Management or Education Background

  • Years of experiences: 5 - 10  years in the field of Education or as Training Manager.

  • Must have a good technical skill.

  • Must have a good communication skill.

  • Work as a team or individual

  • Write and speaks English.

  • Understand the Training Needs Analysis
