Security Gateway

As of 21 June 2004, Biznet has implemented Biznet Security Gateway equipment to protect our servers from various Internet attack and virus. With this technology, Biznet is able to scan and protect on the network level instead of server level where most of other ISPs have. With this approach we are able to provide our customer with the best security solution.

Biznet Security Gateway Policy

1. Prevent all type of viruses. List of viruses updated every 1 hour.
2. Prevent our servers from various Internet attack such as DoS and others. List of attacks updated every 1 hour.
3. For email send to/from our server does not allow attachment in *.bat, *.com, *.dll, *.exe, *.scr, *.pif, *.vb?, *.cpl, *.386, *.ade, *.adp, *.bas, *.ms?, *.ws?, *.reg, *.sct, *.shb and *.mim.
4. Anti Spam, we use RBL & ORBL like below :
   • zen.spamhaus.org
   • bl.spamcop.net

If sender's IP is listed at RBL & ORBL, those email will be block.
